The onboarding process is tailored to each plan. For Starter, it involves setting up a simple-to-use onboarding process and CRM with basic training and integrating a seamless workflow. Growth includes a more detailed setup with additional integrations and intermediate training, while Premium offers a fully personalized onboarding experience with end-to-end support, automation, and advanced training with documentation. 

Support varies by plan. Starter offers basic support during business hours, Growth provides extended support, and Premium ensures extended business hours support with priority response. Training ranges from introductory for Starter, intermediate for Growth, and advanced for Premium, including dedicated sessions and resources.

Clients can upgrade their plans at any time to access more features or support. Downgrading is also possible, typically at the end of the billing cycle, to better align with your business needs and budget.

Contracts are often flexible, with no long-term commitment required. Contract termination will be applied to the next billing cycle and support will end.

The initial implementation cost can be split into parts as negotiated in our kickstart meeting. The monthly maintenance fee is billed monthly, and annual options may be available.

The cancellation policy allows you to discontinue the service with notice before the next billing cycle. Refund policies may vary, with some plans offering prorated refunds and others not.

When you opt for a self-hosted solution, you have complete control over your data, which resides within your own infrastructure. This means you’re empowered to implement security measures that align with your organization’s policies and regulatory requirements.

If you choose to have your CRM hosted on Google Cloud Platform through an account we create specifically for you, you benefit from GCP’s robust infrastructure security. Google’s data centers are designed with multiple layers of protection, including:

  • Secure-by-design infrastructure: Google employs a security model built upon over two decades of experience focused on keeping customers’ data safe.
  • Data Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit between Google and its data centers, as well as at rest within GCP.
  • Access Controls: GCP adheres to a strict access policy that ensures only authorized staff have access to the environment.
  • Compliance: Google Cloud services are compliant with major industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 1/2/3, and ISO 27001, providing an assurance of security best practices.
  • Regular Audits: The platform undergoes independent verification of security, privacy, and compliance controls.

In either scenario, we recommend following best practices for application security. This includes regular updates, secure application development, rigorous access controls, and ongoing monitoring for any vulnerabilities.

Yes, Talk Global CRM offers various integrations with popular tools and platforms, including Google Workspace and lead-generating websites. The level of integration capability can increase with higher-tier plans.
